  2. Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may offer an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal value.
  3. Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At Parthi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Non-returnable items: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions are final and cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at www.parthi.shop/contactus with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
  • Once the return is authorized, please send the product back to us at the address provided.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

6. International Returns

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Your desired product must be in a returnable condition like in unused and unwashed condition. The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags and folds.

Return Window: The return of products will be accepted within 15 days from product delivery.

Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • For approval, you need to capture product opening videos.
  • Once approved, we will guide you in the return process.
  • The shipping cost are the responsibility of the customers unless the items area defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy
  • Refund Process: Once we received the returned items and inspect its condition, we will notify you about the approval of refund or rejection.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Deduction: The shipping fees are not refundable unless it was errors from our sides.
  • Partial Refunds: The return items is non-original condition like missing tags, damaged due to customer handing, displacement of folds) may eligible for partial refunds.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchange will be appreciated only for few condition

  3. Defective items

Exchange Window: Exchange request will be appreciated within 7 days of receiving the items.

Important Note
  • We will provided a replacement or full refund including return of shipping cost for the defective and wrong items only when the Product opening videos are submitted.
  • Personalized or customized items will not be entertained for return, refund or exchange process.
